Your Application

By submitting the application you understand that you are applying for the EyeOnIt AgentQ service as described on our websites (https://agentq.com.au/, https://www.eyeonit.com.au/what-we-do/agentq) and acknowledge that if your application is accepted it will be provided within these terms and conditions. A valid Administrator username and password for the Customer Telephony System will be provided to EyeOnIt for the duration of this AgentQ service term.

Operation of the AgentQ service is dependent on the ongoing supply of the real-time connection from the Customer Telephony System and is also dependent on the customer’s equipment. No hardware is included with this solution. Supply of all computing hardware, connectivity to the public Internet and supply of all display and audio equipment is the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Free Trial

Your AgentQ subscription may start with a free trial. The duration of the free trial period of your subscription will be specified during sign-up and is intended to allow new customers try the service.

Billing Terms

You can cancel your AgentQ subscription at any time and you will continue to have access to the AgentQ service through the end of your billing period. We will charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method at the end of the free trial period, unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the free trial period.

Supported Browsers

The following browsers are currently supported by AgentQ:

Customer Telephony System Requirements:

  • Functioning Administrator username and password for all sites requiring AgentQ
  • Call Centre usernames and passwords for each Call Centre queue that will be associated with an AgentQ service
